I am a chiropractor in solo practice and have a room available for use and wish to bring a massage therapist into the office. My goal is to lower my overhead while providing a desired service to my clients that is beneficial to their health. I can not afford to pay a therapist on an hourly or salaried basis. I would like to provide the therapy room, reception area, receptionist and initial client base in exchange for rent, percentage of services or a combo of both, possibly on a scale based on growth. The therapist would be able to bring in their own clients as well of course. Looking for suggestions that would be mutually beneficial to both parties. Any suggestions?
PS-I hope this is a coherent message. My two year old is climbing all over my lap as I type. |
