With the numerous spa and massage outlets across the country, you are never tired out when you visit Malaysia .
However ,with precaution ,like in any other countries ,in particular developing countries, massage experience can be really pleasurable. The least one expects after a pleasurable massage is to get ripped off !
It is useful to know that there were some very recent reports of nasty experiences where money were stolen off your wallet during your massage session ! This happens when you are asked to leave your clothing in a small closet in your personal massage room. Sound safe right? NO !
It is believed that some of these places have secret window behind the closet. It opens into the closet from behind allowing these con men to work through your wallets while you enjoy your massage ! Watch out for those 'runner' on the streets offering massage services for a song. The catch is , nothing is free. However, it does not cost you an arm or leg to enjoy a massage in Malaysia.
Established outlets in reputable shopping complex like Sunway Pyramid, Berjaya Time Square , Starhill in KL or Queensbay Mall or Gurney Plaza in Penang to name a few, are safe.

For those whose are too tired to leave the comfort of their room, massage services is just a phone call away too. Check out their outcall massage at the various cities you are in. However ,unless the service come from reputable shop front, services from freelancers have to be treated with cautions. |
