I was out perusing the web this afternoon and found some good information on the SCORE website. I would recommend browsing their site and checking out the Customer Loyalty training module. Currently on the home page in the "Tech Ease" section. You will have to register to take the course, but it is free. I'm unable to list their link for some reason but they are at score dot org.
